I am an Australian born Artist living in rural Queensland, painting in oils on Italian natural toned glue sized linen. I have a wide variety of genres I enjoy painting including still lives, animals, birds, people and landscapes.
My preferred technique to create my work, is the multi layered Venetian method, made famous by the old masters such as Rembrandt, Rubens, Vermeer and Poussin (to name a few).
I am very proud to have now won multiple awards at exhibitions, and my work now hangs in many homes across Australia as well as the USA, UK and NZ.
Private commission work from your own subjects or reference photos is available (copyright laws permitting) well as the purchase of my original artworks. I am also happy to recreate for you, your favourite childhood or old masters painting (copyright laws permitting).
You may contact me by social media, Facebook, instagram or email to make an enquiry.
Prices include postage, and certificate of authenticity. Some paintings that have been in exhibitions are framed.
I hope you enjoy looking at my paintings and I look forward to working with you on something special in the future.
Materials that I use exclusively to make sure your paintings will stand the test of time are
:Old Holland Oil Paints ( hand made since 1664)
